• Please provide accurate medical information. The company is not liable for any injuries unless caused by proven negligence.
• CoachCain is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. Please label items clearly. Sandbach United have a lost property area and you can contact them directly if an item is lost
• Coach Cain reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
• You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at - coachcaincamps@gmail.com / Mobile: 07530957610
• You must declare if you do NOT want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the email address or phone number above.
• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
• You must refrain from bringing your child to a camp if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the camp.
• We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances. If you are able to give us more than 48hrs notice we may be to offer you an alternative option.
• If the camp is cancelled due to typical bad weather, CoachCain will offer a place at the next camp, or parents will be credited for this day.
